Is the software application web based or desktop installation?

ChannelSale is web based application that is accessed through any of the major browsers Chrome, FireFox, Safari, Internet Explorer. It is not a desktop installation.

Are there any setup fees or commission per sales transaction?

No setup fees for any regular tasks related to ChannelSale's pre-configured integration's and no commission per transaction! First 100 product category mappings are included, beyond its $75 for next 100 categories to be mapped and audited. Custom development tasks if any would have to be reviewed and quoted. Typically, a new API-XML integration setup fee is approximately $499 one time.

How many concurrent users are supported?

You can have unlimited concurrent users in all of the plans.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards or payment via PayPal account. We currently do not support offline modes of payment.

Are there any long term contracts and can I cancel the subscription?

No long term contracts, pay as you go on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will not be billed beyond the current month billing cycle.

How does the FREE TRIAL work?

FREE TRIAL plan includes posting your sample product listings live on any 1 major marketplace of your choice from Amazon & eBay utilizing ChannelSale feed import format.

Can I list against specific ASIN's on Amazon?

Yes this feature is available.

How long does it take to get started?

With a clean product data feed file from your side and active shopping site accounts, the setup tasks can be completed and sample listings posted live within 3 to 5 working days. Generally, completing all the setup tasks for listing approximately 10,000 products across 7 shopping sites including reviewing the detailed validation reports takes around 15 to 18 working days. In a previous instance our team has completed a project of posting 1.5 million variation products across multiple product categories from 74 differing source product feed file formats in time-span of 28 days.

What options are available to import the product data into ChannelSale or can the listings be created in ChannelSale's interface?

To import the data into ChannelSale, you can utilize your custom file in any of the following formats: CSV(Comma separated variable files), TXT(Text files), XLS(Microsoft Excel) or XML. Alternately, ChannelSale can be setup to retrieve the product data from any of our pre-configured webstores / shopping carts or from Amazon seller central or from eBay. You can also directly create product listings in ChannelSale's interface. Lastly you can utilize ChannelSale's generic spreadsheet format to import the data.

Does ChannelSale support multiple eBay and Amazon accounts for one country?

Yes, the above arrangement is available in ChannelSale.

Can I use my existing eBay ad HTML template in ChannelSale?

Yes, you can use your existing eBay template.
