Is the software application web based or desktop installation?

ChannelSale is a web-based application that can be accessed through any major web browser, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. It does not require a desktop installation.

Are there any setup fees or commissions per sales transaction?

There are no setup fees for any standard tasks related to ChannelSale's pre-configured integrations, and there are no commissions per sales transaction.

The first 100 product category mappings are included. Beyond that, there is a one-time fee of $75 for each additional 100 categories to be mapped and audited. Any custom development requirements will be reviewed and quoted separately.

How many concurrent users are supported?

All plans support unlimited concurrent users.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards, as well as payments made through PayPal. We currently do not support offline payment methods.

Are there any long-term contracts, and can I cancel my subscription?

There are no long-term contracts. All plans are billed on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will not be billed beyond your current billing cycle.

How does the Free Trial work?

The Free Trial includes publishing sample product listings on one major marketplace of your choice, such as Amazon, Walmart or eBay.

Can I list against specific ASINs on Amazon?

Yes. ChannelSale supports listing products against existing Amazon ASINs.

How long does it take to get started?

With a clean product data feed and active marketplace accounts, the initial setup can be completed and sample listings published within 3 to 5 business days.

For larger implementations, such as publishing approximately 10,000 products across seven marketplaces, including data validation and review, the complete setup typically takes 15 to 18 business days.

What options are available to import product data into ChannelSale? Can listings also be created directly in ChannelSale?

You can import product data into ChannelSale using your own files in any of the following formats:

• CSV (Comma-Separated Values)
• TXT (Text)
• XLS (Microsoft Excel)
• XML

Alternatively, ChannelSale can automatically retrieve product data from supported eCommerce platforms, shopping carts, or through its pre-configured integrations.

You can also create and manage product listings directly within the ChannelSale interface or import products using ChannelSale's standard spreadsheet template.

Does ChannelSale support multiple eBay and Amazon accounts within the same country?

Yes. ChannelSale supports multiple Amazon and eBay seller accounts within the same country.

Can I use my existing eBay HTML listing template in ChannelSale?

Yes. You can continue using your existing eBay HTML listing template with ChannelSale.
